Today, Black Metal Daily and Transmissions from the Dark act in diabolical conspiracy once more to bring you Ss’unnhl, the debut transmission of xtra-terrestrial ritualistic harvesters AR’LYXKQ’WR.
Hailing from distant dimensions unknown, the entity of Ar’lyxkq’wr is comprised of three creatures thus: Vhuwxg•⁹’kqx – I (That Which Feeds in the Portal), Jsïjiådsj – II (That Which Creates the Portal), and Æýn’xjr’xz – III (That Which Preserves the Portal). Nothing more is known about these beings, although whispered rumour purports their corporeal forms to have channeled madness in other well-known projects. However, the veracity of that skinder is inconsequential. What they have wrought upon us via the obliterating Ss’unnhl renders all of Earth’s finest works of art meaningless.
Truly fascinating and terrifying in equal measure, if one simply had to make a feeble, grasping attempt to describe what Ss’unnhl sounds like, the nearest approximation might be if war metal was strapped to a cold, glistening table of unknown metallic origin and force-injected with so much lysergic acid diethylamide its eyeballs burst, causing it to finally break free of the arm restraints and rip the rest of the skin off its face with frantic, scrabbling fingers. Sickening dissonance lurches and churns, moaning in convulsive torment beneath unhinged roars and inhuman song structures not designed for comprehension by our feeble and fractured minds, rearranging vital synaptic pathways into something… else. Something that can only be described as… alien.
Releasing digitally and on CD this very day, Ss’unnhl is streaming in its entirety on the TftD channel linked below – alongside the first (and what may remain only, after humanity collapses in a heap of vomiting, wailing and the tearing out of hair) written/visual communication from all three acolytes of this insanity-inducing triumvirate. Will these texts and images illuminate the intention and meaning behind all of this, or only prove to be more confusing?
